Established on August 14, with succeeding a factory of OSAKA KIKO Ltd., located Nishi-machi of Tottori city, with initial capital of ¥3,000,000. Operation started December 1, with 100 employees for production and sale of Textile Machines.

Participation into Building Hardware sector with development of floor hinges.
1959
Production of pivot hinges and door checks started.
1961
Participation into the field of Machine Tools with start of the boring machine production.
1970
Model Integration on Building Hardware advancing to other competitors with developing a floor hinge of Model D. Textile Machine production started on the agreement with Trützschler of Germany for the blowing machines.
1975
Development of ME series conventional milling machines. Manufacture and marketing start for newly developed Auto Door hinge.
1976
Relocation to the Tsunoi Factory Zone in Tottori city with new facilities.
1980
Completion of moving the Tsunoi Factory Zone with completion of offices and factories. Production start for the Special Purpose Machines for automotive or various industries.
1981
Building of thermo-constant chamber. Introduction of the DIXI machine from Switzerland. Business cooperation between TOWA SEIMITSU KOGYO Ltd. for semiconductor production systems.
1983
Additional technical cooperation with Trützschler for LVSB and AFC. Production and marketing started on the development of thin shape floor hinge.
1984
Technical cooperation with Trützschler for the production of BDT and FBK529. Introduction of 5-sided machine. FMS, NC lathe with robot. Production and marketing of CNC milling machine started.
1986
Production of OSH-54, a horizontal machining center, started.
1988
The OSV-86, a double column machining center, announced to the market.
1990
Demonstration of the developed OSU-545, the 5-axis controllable universal machining center.
1991
Embarkation on fine chemical field with Heat Forming machinery of special purpose machines.
1992
Completion of TECHNO CENTER as Tottori Headquarters. Production start for OSV-139 of double column machining center.
1993
Production of ON-3VⅡ started.

Quality control system established by authenticated as for Quality Management system ISO9001.

Production of 5-axis Machining Center FTV-500 started.

2nd temperature controlled factory for Machine tool assembly was newly built.
